ATTENTION CONSTRUCTION MANAGER These are your directions for termite pre-treat. We don't know when you need us, you must call. We will not be held responsible for service not performed if you don't call! Treat around all walls inside and out, around all plumbing and piers, 4 gal. per 10 linear ft., per ft. of depth. Rod all back filled areas. Treat all critical slab areas (expansion joints, wood floors, etc.) (where termites could enter and contact wood. 1 gal. per 10 sq. ft.). Call before pouring any slabs. (Plumbers must be done) Any scheduled treatment by the construction manager when the treatment cannot be performed will result in a $120.00 trip charge.
